How to make a website

"Step by step" procedure

We recommend to use Firefox.

Do not be afraid! You cannot break the system!

After getting an invitation e-mail from an anaZana system partner (www.anazana.com) click on the link in the e-mail and insert your own password twice. You also can get an invitation on the partner website. Next time enter the system at www.anazana.com by choosing language and inserting your e-mail and password.
Click on "Make new website".
Decide on the name of your website in the anaZana system and write it in the window www. [window] anazana.com, click on “Create”.
Click on “Settings” and choose the languages you wish on your website, as well as make other settings as you need. Click on "Save settings".
Choose design by clicking on “Design”. Click on "Save settings". The design Nr.108б 115 фтв 116 allows upload a picture in the page header, to increase and reduce size of it, choose color, as well as move, minimize and maximize sections size and letter.
If you wish an individual design, write an e-mail to support@anazana.com. Individual design costs from $ 50 USD up to $ 1000 USD depending on the complicity and hours needed for the design development.
While developing your own design you can choose one of the existing standard designs and begin to insert information on your website.
After choosing standard design click on “Edit”.
Decide on the a website content (the same as a table of content of a book).
Insert a logo (logo, photo, or something else, depending on your website aim) by clicking on the window in the header.
In the header insert the most important information for your clients (for example, company name, activity, motto, etc.).
Under the logo on the left side of the webpage make a menu by clicking on "Add page". Menu can be vertical or/and horizontal. You can make a menu in 3 levels, with 2 sub-pages. A menu is kind of a "table of contents" of the website.
When the menu is ready add blocks, using the management tool on the top of page. You can add a block you need "Text", "Photos", "Products", "News" and other on the left side, center, or right side by drugging it in the red wide line on the page. You can choose how wide block you need (from 1 to 4). Beside that you can choose the type of block - a text block, an image block, a product block with the prices of your products for e-shop, or news block.

Additional information on "Help" in the anaZana system. If you have particular questions click on "Questions" in right corner in the system, choose English language and write your question for technical support.

Next time enter the system at www.anazana.com by choosing languange and inserting your e-mail and password.

Add product block (for e-shop)

Use the produsct block when you need to create a database of products (goods or services) or to make an online shop.

Drag "Product" block in choosen place on the page in wide red line and it opens automatically.
Mark all the languages you wish to have in this block on your website.
Set up how wide you wish it (from 1 upto 4).
Insert information first in one language (active language window is opened). Do not forget to translate to other languages by clicking on the related window later.
If you wish products to be opened as a gallery mark "Show like gallery".
Insert the number of products you wish to be opened on one page.
Insert a product block name.
Click on “Add".
Click on a green cross in the window and choose command "Add product".
Insert a product name in all chosen languages.
Insert a product price.
Insert one or more product images.
Click on “Save".
You can move created block at any place on a page.

Add TEXT block

Text block is used for entering text, text with pictures, individual pictures, tables, videos, maps, banners and other types of blocks.

Drag "Text" block in choosen place on the page in wide red line and it opens automatically.
Mark all the languages you wish to have in this block on your website.
Set up how wide you wish it (from 1 upto 4).
Insert information first in one language (active language window is opened). Do not forget to translate to other languages by clicking on the related window later.
Insert the text block name.
Insert the text block content.
You can activate a link to another website or e-mail clicking on the link sign (after the "green tree" sign).
You can add an image by clicking on "green tree" sign. You can maximize or minimize size of the image by clicking on the image and drugging it by the corner to make it bigger or smaller.
You can insert a video clicking on the HTML sign.
You can make a table by clicking on the table sign.
Insert information in all chosen languages by clicking on each particular language window.
When information is inserted in all languages click on "Add block".
You can move created block at any place on a page.

Add news block

News block is used to publish and create a database of news, current events, activities, projects and any other kind of information that need to be made as the database.

Drag "News" block in choosen place on the page in wide red line and it opens automatically.
Mark all the languages you wish to have in this block on your website.
Set up how wide you wish it (from 1 upto 4).
Insert information first in one language (active language window is opened). Do not forget to translate to other languages by clicking on the related window later.
Add images and text.
Save it.
You can move created block at any place on a page.

Add Image block

Drag "Image" block in choosen place on the page in the wide red line and it opens automatically.
Mark all the languages you wish to have in this block on your website.
Set up how wide you wish it (from 1 upto 4).
Insert information first in one language (active language window is opened). Do not forget to translate to other languages by clicking on the related window later.
If you wish images to be opened as a gallery, mark "Show like gallery".
Insert the number of images you wish to be opened on one page.
Insert the name of an image block.
Click on “Add”.
Click on a green cross in the window and choose the command "Insert image".
Insert images from your PC by clicking on “Browse”.
Click on “Add”.
Clicking on “Edit image” you can change an image name.
Clicking on “List of images” you can choose images you wish to show in a particular page by marking the square on the left side of the image.
Click on “Save".
You can move created block at any place on a page.

Website publication in the Internet

When a website is ready you can publish it to the Internet.

Click on "Settings", then on "My websites".
Click on "Buy anaZana" or "Prolong" and decide on the number of month (1, 3, 6 or 12) you wish your website to be published
anaZana is a system accounting unit: 1 anaZana = $ 1 USD.
Choose the way of payment by bank payment card.
Choose the system to use (PayPal or WebMoney) for payments for anaZana services.
Choose the number of months you wish to pay for hosting of your website in anaZana system (1, 3. 6 or 12).
Make payment (anaZana system users from Latvia have to pay VAT - 21%).
Transfer anaZanas you bought to your website or each particular website (in case you have more then one).
